Breaking the terms of a BRO

If you are subject to a Bankruptcy Restrictions Order and you go against any of the restrictions imposed in Insolvency Law than you could find yourself being prosecuted.

If you find yourself being prosecuted and found guilty then your bankruptcy will be classed as criminal bankruptcy and you would find yourself with a large fine, or even imprisonment.
