Do I have to keep paying my debts whilst the IVA is set up?

Published in IVA Focus Features on Sunday, December 31 2006 by Open Doors Money

You don’t have to usually.

This will usually be advised to you when the IVA is being set up, usually you can stop and begin to prepare to make your first payment into the IVA. If you feel you are having particular problems with a specific creditor then let who ever is arranging your Individual Voluntary Arrangement know as they may advise you to take specific action.
