What is the minimum amount of debt I can enter an IVA with?

Published in IVA Focus Features on Sunday, December 31 2006 by Open Doors Money

Generally it’s around the 12000 to make it worth while for you.

You will still pay roughly near the 100% mark back at this low level. There is no maximum. There is a new agreement coming in called the SIVA which may mean lower end debts will be able to be entered. If you have lower debts than 12000 at this point in time, debt management, bankruptcy and an Administration Order could all be considered.
